Clean and Cozy home in a quiet cul de sac neighborhood, 20mins walk to lake ray Hubbard lake and 5mins drive , on Bobtown and 30highway , 15mins drive to downtown, have access to George bush turn pike and other major highways, 7mins drive to Rowlett and Rockwall city ... Ts a home away from home All areas are open to the guests including the games room, the living room, the kitchen, and the dining area. Guests may also use the downstairs entertainment room. Each room is $40 a night I’m available at all times to my guest, Feel free to reach me via Phone, Text, or Email The neighborhood is very quiet and spacious with friendly neighbors. There is a lake(Lake Ray Hubbard) and park within walking distance of the home. Guests may bring their own vehicles and park in the driveway in the back of the house. I also recommend Uber or Lyft No smoking inside of the house. Guests may smoke in the area provided in the backyard.
