Enjoy spas, horseback riding, hiking, fly fishing, biking trails and quaint hamlets nearby. Twenty minutes away is the Kartrite Resort Waterpark and Resort World Catskills Casino. You will need a car to get around the county. There are many great little towns nearby. Also lakes, hiking and canoeing in the Delaware River. Antique shopping, farmer's markets and beautiful mountains only 2 hours away from NYC. Uber and Lyft services are not available in Sullivan County. We have an espresso and juice bar, wine and beer is available. We also have a farmhouse gift store. Guest staying in the cottages enjoy 10% off at the cafe and gift store. Breakfast with pastries, beverages, yogurt and fruit will be setup in the room upon arrival. Please note that we are located on Main Street near the Fire House. The alarm may go off to alert the volunteer fire department in case of an emergency.
