Get the full studio lifestyle feel with a little country life added to it in one of the most sought after towns in Maryland . . . Middletown. It is only a 10 minute drive to Downtown Middletown where there are plenty of restaurants, shops and parks. Or drive in multiple directions to find historic towns, landmarks, and outdoor adventures like hiking, floating, and biking trails. You can also visit local wineries and breweries in the area. The space itself is unique in its own way. It gives you the studio feel but with the view of the country side of Middletown. Sit on the beautiful patio and peacefully drink your morning coffee or spend the evenings enjoying a picnic outside on the table and a fire in the fire pit. The studio is built on top of the owners two car garage and detached from the house, so you will never have to worry about disturbing one another. There is a queen sized memory foam bed, a futon that can sleep two others, a pool table, full kitchen and bathroom. A TV will be provided with a fire stick to enjoy your favorite Netflix shows while you are away from home. Bath towels and travel sized hygiene items are available but you are encouraged to bring your own towels and hygiene items, if possible. They are there for you if you forget your own! Comfy sheets, blankets, and pillows are provided for you as well. If you are wanting to cook, the kitchen has a cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, local wines and wine glasses, and a coffee maker with assorted complimentary K cups. Bottled waters in fridge upon arrival. Kitchen is fully finished with pots & pans, bakeware, mixing bowls, stoneware plates, bowls, coffee mugs, glassware, wine glasses, bottle opener, wine screw, etc. Please bring your own food if you plan to eat in. You will access the studio by using the driveway entrance farthest away from the house, not the driveway by the owners home. Once you pull into the driveway, you will follow the driveway up to the gravel parking spot right by the top of the garage where the studio is located. You will see a gravel parking spot area leading to the studio patio. If you ever have any problems finding the studio, don’t hesitate to get ahold of the owners! If you are just needing a getaway from life, this is perfect for you! For the business traveler, this studio offers an affordable, comfortable stay and a private place to relax after the work day is over with many options to grab a bite to eat and a cocktail before turning in or throw a steak on the grill and enjoy some quiet time on the back porch. Guests have access to the back portion of the porch, please do not go to the side of the porch that has a staircase that leads down to the owners home. You have access to the small portion of the yard in between the end of the patio and the fence. There are two parking spots and you are more than welcome to leave your bike, kayak, etc. sitting on the outside of the porch during your stay! Located in a very popular town in Maryland called Middletown. A beautiful area with the rural and suburb feel all in one. You will have a gravel parking spot that will allow parking for two vehicles.
