Private guest house up hill from Lake Lewisville

This guest house is detached and located below the main house. It sits across the street from a hill that leads down to the lake. The driveway will accommodate a boat. When going to the lake, as you walk to the left you will pass a chapel in the woods and a nice dock and then a cove trail at the end. Walking right leads you to a lakeside community park. Quiet, private and close to the lake. Everything you need to stay a couple days, a week or a month. Extended stays are welcome! We are taking extra care to disinfect the space due to COVID-19 as we are exceeding CDC guidelines to clean and disinfect. There is a small couch which does not fold out but there is room for a child to sleep. Well trained pets are welcome, please contact us to discuss. If you have not rented using Airbnb in the past, please allow me to qualify you. You have your own driveway with 3 steps to the door. There is a keyless combination lock. We are happy to help with any questions about the area or any special requests. Call or text anytime. We do like to socialize and offer tips on the area but we also respect full privacy as well. Go down the hill and enjoy the lake. Close to shopping and restaurants. 30 minutes to Dallas. 20 minutes to DFW airport, 30 minutes to Love Field. You can access the Lakeside Community Park by driving north on Highland Village Road about 1/4 mile. Or go less than a mile to Double Tree Ranch Park on the right for one mile walking trail, pond, etc. There is a boat ramp a mile away at Copperas Branch Park just past Double Tree Ranch on the left just before the I35 outer road. We have a 48” Sony flat tv which can be pulled forward and rotated. We have Apple TV with UTube TV, Netflix and Prime Video. The place is heated and cooled using a Mitsubishi min split unit which is very quiet! We have a Keurig coffee maker with regular and decaf coffee, creamer and tea. Snacks and bottled water are also provided. The kitchen is fully equipped for all cooking needs. Beach towels are provided as well. This space is sealed with a dehumidifier in the bathroom for total comfort. The kitchen sink does not have a garbage disposal so please throw away all food items into the trash. Also, please don't use anything but toilet paper in the toilet. We are proud of our effort in making this a quality place to stay. We are not picky but we do have a security deposit which is not withdrawn from your bank. It’s only authorized in the unlikely event of a claim.
