Willow Pond B&B cozy room with private bath

B&B with two suites, entrance at the front with staircase going upstairs to your room - come and go as you please with keyless entry. Easy access to downtown Port Perry. Quiet, modern neighbourhood. Your room is at the top of the staircase -easy to find. You have two rooms - your bedroom and a private bathroom which are next door to each other. There is a common Coffee Area with table and chairs, coffee maker, mini-fridge(yours is private for you), microwave, toaster oven. Balcony is off the Coffee Area. There is another full bed, if available, in another bedroom for additional guests, if booked. 5 minute drive to the waterfront & historic downtown Port Perry with bistros, brewery, coffee shops and unique stores. 20 minute walk to the same. There is public transportation at the corner. Parking is free and plentiful in Port Perry. We enjoy getting to know our guests, however we do appreciate that some guests like their privacy! Lovely subdivision - modern large homes - lots of trees - pond 2 minute walk. Public transit at the corner. 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk to downtown historic Port Perry & the waterfront park. Free parking in town. We have a small hypoallergenic dog -Teddy, an Aussiedoodle as well as a cat -Sneaky. We currently require gov’t id(s) and proofs of full vaccination including the booster prior to arrival. Please note that discounted weekly/short term stays do not include breakfast.
