The owner resides in a separate wing and will not be a bother to you and your guests. Daily housekeeping is available to you as well. The guests have access to the entire home except for the third floor office and bedroom when the home owners are present. When homeowners are not onsite, the upstairs suite can be available to guests. Guests can access all parts of the house except the third floor. Laundry, pool table, fire pits, outdoor spaces, etc are fully Available to you. No interaction from homeowner unless you prefer. Home owner is fully accessible if needed.
