3 Bedroom Coastal Modern House near the Sea

We have a newly built modern semi detached house with a private drive and garden. The beach is 1 mile away and there are beautiful coastal paths. We have direct access to a national trust path which links to the river yealm. The nearest city is 15-20 minutes away. There is a local shop and post office (5 minute walk). Our local pub which serves food, is a 2 minute walk and the nearest superstore is a 10 minute drive. You will have the whole house, driveway and garden. (Please note no access to the garage) The house sleeps 5 however please note the single bed is a child’s bed (although full size) We generally wouldn’t recommend 5 adults staying as the house isn’t that big. Please note we have 2 silkie chickens that have their own house and pen (fenced off) they don’t require any looking after but you are welcome to check the nest boxes for eggs if you would like them. We have a key box The code will be provided ahead of check in We will not be around to check you in as we have a key box so you can come and go as you please we are however available by phone to answer any questions or help in anyway we can :) Wembury is a lovey village with a beach, cafe and coastal walks to Heybrook Bay and Noss Mayo. The beach is one mile away and the River Yealm and national trust paths are accessible direct from our house. Further afield there are beautiful Devon beaches like Mothercombe, Bigbury & Challaborough. We are close to the wedding venues Langdon Court and Barton Barns. The next village along from us is Down Thomas (5 minute drive) which has a lovely pub. Water sports can be found at Bigbury Beach or the Mount Batten Centre. Private parking We live in a quiet village where neighbours are really respectful so we can’t allow any no parties and no loud noise after 9pm. Please respect our house and our neighbours. The house is ideal for a coastal retreat, walking, and people who love the outdoors. There is no smoking in the house & no outdoor footwear upstairs. We also have paddle boards and a double kayak and bikes available for hire.
