Cute & Cozy Cottage in Rural Poconos!

NEW! Keep it simple at this cute, amenity-filled cottage in a peaceful area of the rural Poconos. The newly-renovated home accomodates 6 guests, & is perfect for a family or friends getaway. The yard backs up to acres of forest wilderness, but is still only a scenic 15-20 miles drive from the Pocono attractions. Enjoy the stars from the deck, or keep warm with the indoor wood stove! WiFi, Smart TVs, AC/heat, BBQ grill make this spot a home away from home. Look out for deer and bears passing by! LAYOUT: The cottage has an open layout, with the living room, seating/dining area and kitchen all together. The dining island is a custom built butcher block countertop made of Northern Birch wood, and with 6 wooden top stools. In the living room area there is a sofa and daybed with a Smart TV. The kitchen area has an electric stove, cabinets, kitchen sink and countertops. Next to this is the authentic iron wood stove (guests responsible for obtaining firewood and starter) and full size refrigerator. Out back there is a large deck with patio seating and outdoor sofas along the full length of the cabin with a propane bbq grill (guests responsible for obtaining propane tank refill using the provided tank if needed). Upstairs is the bedroom which has 2 queen beds, and a full bath with floor to ceiling marble in the shower and soap dispensers on the wall! Check in is easy and simple using the smart lock at the door; guests will be provided with a unique entry code for contactless self-check in. In the winter (roughly December-March) the road the house is on is not well maintained by the town, it is best to use AWD cars Available at all hours - will leave guests to enjoy their stay without intruding, but do not hesitate to contact the host! A calm rural neighborhood with plenty of space and scenic views! Front and back of the cottage are many acres of forest Parking on private driveway, NO parking on the street, vehicle will be towed by the township at owner’s expense.
