The Beach Hut

Set in an area of outstanding natural beauty the room is situated with beautiful sea and fell views. The promenade and train station are 5-10 minute walk . Arnside Knott forms a backdrop to the house which is in a quiet friendly residential setting. The room forms an annexe to the house and is affectionately known as `The Beach Hut`. It is on the ground floor with it`s own private entrance and shower/toilet room. We are a child and dog friendly family who welcome guests as friends. A single room with second bed to sleep two. Kettle and tea, coffee and biscuits. Private en suite and entrance. Use of kitchen with flexible arrangement with host. Use of garden and patio area likewise. Parking out front. Dogs welcome and resident in house. Spare bedding and toiletries available. Washing and drying facilities available on arrangement. Food available on arrangement. Great base for exploring local area. Guests are welcome to share outdoor space and kitchen on mutual arrangement. Guests can communicate via email and text message. We are a friendly neighbourhood who welcome guests. The train station is a 7 minute walk away with links to Manchester and Carlisle. Buses run to nearby Milnthorpe with connections to the Lake District. Dogs live in the household and visitors are welcome. However it is a peaceful and rural setting.
