One bedroom with en-suite bathroom and excellent cupboard space; extremely comfortable living area; all kitchen mod-cons; hall area with exercise bike; access to lovely garden with seating and firepit available. Off-road parking for up to one car (or possibly two) / two bicycles. Very easy general access. Two excellent pubs and village shop 10-minute walk away. Text me if you need anything. We are on the edge of the beautiful Mid-Sussex village of Horsted Keynes. The village shop and two excellent pubs are within easy walking distance. For steam enthusiasts, the Bluebell Railway is just down the road. The heart of Ashdown Forest (Winnie the Pooh country), meanwhile, is only a ten-minutes cycle ride away. Golfers can enjoy Royal Ashdown and Piltdown, both fifteen minutes away. By car, we are 20-25 minutes from Gatwick, 10 minutes from Haywards Heath (main shopping centre and train station) and within easy reach of local villages, such as Fletching, with its legendary pub, The Griffin. Horsted Keynes is on the 270 bus route from East Grinstead. Parking is on site as well as freely available in the village. Ideal location for those attending weddings locally - we are pretty flexible on arrival / departure times.
