Comfortable base for exploring Mineral Wells!

Located .4 miles outside the city limits in a semi-secluded setting. Access to all the downtown shopping, retail, and nightlife the town has to offer. 2 comfortable, attractively updated FULL bedrooms, with desks, closets, Roku TV's w/ Utube TV and commercial free Utube Premium, fast wifi. Full bath, kitchenette/breakfast with full sized oven and laundry. Over 800 ft of space! Parking for just about anything. Outdoor grilling area right outside your door, night sky viewing - fabulous! Rural, treed property, sandstone, with some cleared areas. 3 acres, currently roughly fenced on the 3 sides that aren't the main road. Photos pretty much show the inside - bedrooms both have desks and Roku TV's. Local and cable programming, decent closets, full fridge with icemaker. Basically this is a 800'+ carve out and remodel of a home just outside city limits that's been separated for exclusive guest use. Private main front door entrance via your keypad code. Exclusive non shared access to all interior areas you see in photos. When we aren't traveling or at our other property, we office and stay on site in an internally separated part of the home. We are there about half the time. It's similar to a duplex setup with a separate entrance and rooms. The drive is shared. If you have questions about it please ask. We are easy to get in touch with and have on call help when needed as well when we aren't there to handle things personally. This stay makes for a great launching point for the area's many attractions. The downtown of Mineral Wells has recently been revitalized and has shopping, dining and nightlife options that didn't exist even a year ago. Mineral Wells state park is only a few miles away and features fishing, small boat rentals, hiking, rock climbing, horse trails, swimming, etc. Lots of travelers make Mineral Wells their last stop as they pass through on their way to popular Possum Kingdom Lake or Brazos River excursions. Mineral Wells is home to the Baker Hotel, the Crazy Water Hotel, The Famous Mineral Water Company, the Holiday Hills golf club, Clark Gardens, the historic WWII army base Fort Wolters, the National Viet Nam War museum, and the 20 mile Lake Mineral Wells State Trailway. While in town you can experience playing darts at Nita Beer, have a burger at Woody's, or watch the game at Crazy 8's sports bar & grill. When we aren't traveling ourselves or at our other property, as hosts we office and stay part time on site in the remaining studio we've set up in the back. We have a separate entrance.
