This modern and luxurious lodge is one half of a semi-detached house and offers everything your heart desires. On the ground floor you will find three spacious bedrooms, two beautiful bathrooms and a cosy terrace. On the first floor there is another bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and a modern equipped open kitchen. In the relaxation room you can relax in the sauna after a ski tour or mountain hike, shower and deck chairs are of course available. Only about 20 minutes away from the accommodation, you can take the Porsche Design gondola to the Schmitten skiing area in winter. Beginners as well as families with children will get their money's worth on the quiet slopes at the Niedernsill lifts. Here there is a beginner's lift with a length of about 300 m and a T-bar lift with a length of about 600 m. By car you can also reach the ski resorts of Zell am See-Kaprun and the Kitzbühel Alps. The recreational lake in Niedernsill brings you wonderful cooling on hot summer days. Between Piesendorf and Niedernsill, hikers can explore the newly built cultural landscape trail, here you will also find a beautiful view over the Salzach valley. But there is also high ground nearby, for which you can visit the Hohe Tauern National Park.
