Haydock guest room near to Liverpool & Manchester

A modern, welcoming home with a private guest bedroom. The house is situated in a quiet cul de sac just off the East Lancashire Road which goes directly to Liverpool, or via Haydock Island motorways links to Manchester. Downstairs, an open-plan living, dining and kitchen is shared, with the main bathroom downstairs. The private bedroom is upstairs. Haydock Park Racecourse is very close. There are supermarkets very close too (Aldi, Tesco, Iceland etc). Modern and technical, with heating, vacuum and lights automated and controlled by voice. All areas are shared except a private, lockable bedroom. You are welcome to make use of the shared areas, such as the living room, dining room and kitchen too. Downstairs: Entrance hall, kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom (bath, shower, sink and toilet). Upstairs: Private guest bedroom We will be at the house most evenings and will be contactable by mobile phone too. We may have friends and family visiting me at the house, downstairs (shared areas only; Kitchen, Living Room, Bathroom and Dining Room). Some close friends and family may not use the doorbell before entering - they will not be upstairs, but will be in the shared open-plan living area downstairs. Guests would be welcomed to join the group and share a drink with us but we won’t be offended if you politely decline and would rather keep yourself to yourself. If you hear the doorbell (via Alexa in every room) please do not feel obliged to answer it - even if we are not home we will have answered the doorbell via our phones. For security, there are discreet home security cameras on the exterior of the property, as well as the living room and kitchen to capture anybody entering or exiting the property. This is for all of our safety, and also so we can check on our lovely dog when we are not home.
