Great space for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and pets ($25 fee collected after booking). 2nd Floor bedrooms. Community area includes playgrounds for kids within eyesight of the home and close walking distance. Tennis/basketball courts are located right out the front door with in 100-200 feet. Back patio has seating and a gas grill. Our door is located less than 100 yards from the bus stop. Public transit is free and very accessible to all that Logan has to offer. Great for those without personal transportation. Front door opens to a large grass area for families, kids and pets to play; along with access to a tennis court and basketball hoops. Walking distance from Starbucks and Wal-Mart. Guest will have access to entire home, including the back patio and grill. However, hall closet, 2nd bedroom closet, main floor closet, and laundry room will remain locked. With special requests and a $100 fee laundry facilities can be used. Any reservation with pets will be assessed a 25$ fee after confirmed reservation. Owners will be available by phone and email. No permit needed. Parking stalls are located just north of the home, and can be utilized by any vehicle with current registration and parked within the designated space lines. All other vehicles that do not meet these requirements are subject to booting from the hours of 9pm-7am. Breakfast provided will include: Milk, Cereal, Fruit, Bread, Eggs, and Butter. Coffee and tea are also available with sugar and Half & Half.
