Beverley is 5 miles away and York is about 34 miles. You will have use of a private bathroom with walk in shower or bath and there is a private breakfast/living/ TV room with a kettle, fridge and toaster. Included in the price will be tea, coffee, breads, biscuits and cereals. Parking is available at the front of the property. quiet estate I have a side drive or parking in front of my property. Cottingham train station is about 3 miles away and there are regular buses on Castle Road. No smoking and please leave shoes in the hall.
