Welcome to our home located 10 minutes from Downtown Lafayette in the town in Carencro. We are 15 minutes from the Lafayette Regional Airport. Nearby cities include Sunset, Grand Coteau, Scott, & Breaux Bridge. All are great stops for antiquing, swamp tours, or live music! We have an extensive list of recommendations for food, fun, sights and sounds. This property was recently remodeled and is perfect for long term stays. It is situated on 1.5 acres and the back yard is very peaceful! Our space is comfortable clean and conveniently located. Check in is at 3pm Check out is 11am You will be renting the entire house. One bedroom with a queen bed. One bathtub/shower combo The neighbors are family. They keep to themselves unless you need something. No local tv provided, but you can log into Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, espn etc, all via fire stick and Apple TV. We socialize upon request. We are 10 minutes from downtown Lafayette. There are not many public transport options in our area. Most get around with their own vehicles or bicycles House can accommodate 4 people. But after 2 guest a $10 fee per person per night will be charged. We provide a queen blow up mattress. Exterior camera covering the parking area and entry door
