Modern 2 bedroom coach house with parking

Located on the outskirts of Swansea on a quite residential estate 3 miles away from the closest beach with facilities. A short drive away you will be in central Swansea with its beautiful bay and newly built arena. Further afield you will find yourself in the heart of the Gower with some of the best rated beaches in the UK. If you want to explore your adventurous side within 20 minutes you will be in the Afan Forest with its mountain bike trails, Zip wire and various other amenities. The Coach House has 2 bedrooms one with a king size bed and the other with a double, both beds have orthopaedic mattress's. Bedding and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels. One bathroom with bath and overhead shower. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric oven, gas hob, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. Large lounge diner with sofa bed suitable for one adult, tv, and dining table. Small private garden and parking space for two cars. Living space is upstairs, so it’s not suitable for people with mobility issues. Located within walking distance of 2 pubs/restaurants one being a fantastic sports bar where the Ospreys train! This is a quiet modern estate just off junction 43 of the M4. We did have a small sea view however our neighbours have built an extension so it is no more! Please note our post code is SA10 6FT and not 6SW. Lovely views of Swansea Bay to the Mumbles can be seen from the top of the road, worth watching the sun set from there. The nearest beach is just three miles away off Fabian Way. We have two parking places one in front of our garage and the other opposite the property next to the wall. Please just be mindful of our neighbours who park in front of the other garages. If you want to go into Cardiff or even Swansea for an event ( rugby, the air show or a run) it is worth going by train from Neath station. Use of the garage upon request when booking to store surf boards and bikes.
