The living area, kitchen and bathroom are located on this floor. The kitchen is very well equipped with double oven, microwave and induction hob, there is also a washer/dryer and dish washer. A loft conversion accommodating a very large master bedroom with good views over the roof tops to the local country side. There is a smart TV in the bedroom. Access is from the back street of the row of houses through a private rear yard area and stone steps to the main entrance. If I am not there to welcome you, access can be gained by key which is located in a Combination Key Safe. Beyond the front door is an inner hall with further steps up to the main open plan living area. Opposite the front of the apartment is the rear of the local Police Station with the Medical Center off to the right and the Fire Station to the left. The Main Bus Station is opposite the front of the Police Station, and the town center is just behind that. There are neighbours to the left, right and below, I would ask that you give them consideration whilst in the apartment. There are good bus services to Burnley, Skipton and other towns in between. There is also a train station within 15 minuets walking distance, and of course the M65 giving access to the M6. By Car The M6 is about 20 miles and Manchester is easily reached within 40 minuets. there is also an express bus service directly into Manchester (X43).
