This home is only a short 12 minute drive from the Grizzly Ranch golf course and only a 20 minute drive to the Nakoma Golf Resort. Enjoy the outdoor gas fire pit, horseshoe pit, and gas BBQ on the deck.  Take your pick of several golf courses, fishing lakes or hiking trails this area has to offer. There are several excellent restaurants within a short drive from the cabin.  Come play, relax and have a great time! This is a beautifully finished home with slate, hardwood floors, amazing kitchen, alder custom cabinets, solid surface  counters and stainless steel appliances. Guests will have use of the entire home, the deck, the property and the garage (to store garbage) We are a Vacation Rental management company that is open 7 days a week. Our hours of operation and when we respond to requests and texts is: 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., during peak season to answer any questions you may have! But the town of Graeagle, CA is quite walkable with restaurants, golf courses, shops, hiking and biking trails. You must be 25 years old (with proof of ID) to make a reservation one of our vacation rental homes.There is a 3 night minimum for this home. You will get detailed instructions on how to check in and driving directions to this home. Keep in mind, we are in the mountains and there are no street lights. Be sure to print out your map as cell service can be spotty driving in the Lake Davis area for (Hidden by Airbnb) maps.
