Broken zero artistic residence and organic farming

This residence is a great place to read, write, listen, play, rest and work with your body. An advantageous position to start exploring the amazing area of Salento, crossing it to enjoy the Adriatic to the Ionian sea. A place that will host multisensory cultural events (exhibitions, concerts, screenings, performances, seminars, book launching, readings) and that will become, over time, an international multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural laboratory. An elegant country style house, comfortable and creatively furnished with recycled materials. An advantageous position to start exploring the amazing area of Salento, crossing it to enjoy the Adriatic to the Ionian sea. Guests can also rent the whole house, that is two bedrooms + bathroom on the top and open plan with kitchen- salone- Library- fireplace- reading- room, other large bed room and another bathroom in the bottom. The price is per room ( double ). If someone rents only a room might eventually share the house with other guests . Whoever make the first reservation will use the upstairs bathroom. Outdoors: large veranda for dining out, gazebo surrounded by greenery, ideal for painting activities or for meditation. Large fenced garden (3 hectares) with orchard, vineyard, synergic vegetable garden, woods, hen house. I won't live in the house, but I am available at any kind of requests and help. Set in a magical country estate organically managed, among trees and plants of all kinds, a few km from Lecce and 30 min. from Porto Cesareo and Gallipoli (very beautiful and famous seaside resorts). Broken zero is located in a peaceful area, full of ancient farms recovered and even abandoned. A magical land, a few km from the enchanting baroque of the city of Lecce. We provide our guests with bicycles to explore the sorrounding areas and reach the local stations of Novoli and Carmiano (at a distance of 3 km). From there, it's possible to take the railway line "Ferrovie del SudEst. The service, active from June 15 to September 15, allows interested visitors to reach the main sea resorts of Salento (Otranto, Gallipoli, Santa Maria di Leuca) and coastal areas with high seasonal population density (Porto Cesareo, Bear Tower, coastal Gallipoli South, coastal S. Caesarea, Castro, S.
