Beautiful 3 bedrooms, 2 bath home within the Sequoia National Forest. Lots of room to relax, and view nature. Magnificent views from our front and back decks which are over (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) sq ft in total. we have a car port with entry into the home. We have board games, ping pong table, videos, cards, etc. for your use . Every season has unique opportunities to enjoy. Two seasonal creeks are on our property, Panther Creek and Capineros Creek. Beautiful ranch style home on over 3 acres with Oak, Pine, Red Bud, Cedar, Manzanita and other trees and natural vegetation. 2 sides of property adjoins the forest. Two seasonal creeks on our property. Trail of 100 Giants Redwood Grove is 13 miles from our home. (road closed during the winter). Many hiking trails in walking distance. Quiet and private. * 4 bedrooms * Kitchen (2 ovens (Website hidden by Airbnb) burner gas (propane) * Dining Room * Family Room * Hallway Bathroom with Claw Foot Tub/Shower & double sinks. * Master suite with bathroom. Shower, sink, and commode. Dogs are allowed on an individual basis (contact me and we can discuss it) IF we approve dogs, the maximum amount are 2 and a $50 fee for each pet. Dogs are not to be left alone inside the house unless they are crated. Dog(s) are not allowed on furniture or beds. There is a fenced area to the side of the house that can be used to put your dog(s) in. All dog hair must be vacuumed up and vacuum emptied into brown trash can on Carport before you leave. All dog poop must be picked up outside and disposed of in outside trash contaner on car port. We love well trained dogs and Reaponsible owners. An amazing place to renew your spirit. There is no public transportation. A car is necessary when you stay. Pine Flat/California Hot Springs has 150 full time residents. Guest DO NOT have access to Garage, Wood In stacks or in wood shed. Any Room that is locked inside home you DO NOT have access to If snow is on the ground snow chains may be required to get to the short hill. It is your responsibility to bring Chains. Refunds are not available due to you not being able to drive up the driveway due to snow. It is a short walk up the driveway if your vehicle is unable to maneuver in the snow.
