Snow slides off the roof of cabin, so avoid parking in front of the porch. The house uses a Verizon network extender in order to provide cell service. There is also a landline phone located in the cabinet in the living room in the event that the extender is not working. Located less than 5 minutes from downtown Granville. 30 minutes from Manchester, VT; 40 minutes from Saratoga, NY; 40 minutes from Adirondack Park. Easy access to ski mobile trails directly from the cabin.
