The apartment has its own private entrance, and off street parking. You enter the property into a lobby to hang coats, and shoes. Stairs lead up to the first floor where you will find 2 double sized bedrooms. One bedroom has 2 single beds, the other a king size bed both practical and fully furnished for your comfort. Each bedroom has its own hairdryer for your convenience. There is attention to detail in the main bathroom with beautiful marble floor, a large shower cubicle, sink with cabinetry to place you items, toilet and heated towel rail for warm towels. The luxury kitchen offers a peninsula that seats 4 people, and is fitted with new integrated appliances. The space opens up into the living area so everyone can be together to socialise and relax after a busy day exploring Norfolk. Fancy a tv night..... then enjoy the large 55" Smart Tv, or board games and playing cards for a bit of fun. Dimmable lighting, lamps and fleece blankets throughout create soft lighting and cosy evenings. The loft bedroom is a large with restricted head height and has a double bed, desk and furnishings for comfort. A chic ensuite to this room has a walk-in shower, sink, toilet and heated towel rail. There are 2 flights of stairs in the property, and smoke detectors we have a strict NO smoking policy. We do not allow pets, parties, additional guests who are not on the booking. The apartment is not recommended for very young children due to the stairs and no baby gates. There are local Taxi’s if you fancy night out, and bus stops a short walk away. There are car parks and road parking in and around the area. Long Stratton Village lies 10 miles South of Norwich on the main A140. It is a friendly community with a co-op, Chinese, pizzeria, one of the best Fish and Chips Shops in Norfolk, 2 pubs, tea room, hairdressers, medical centre and a few other little shops in the village. Private parking. There is a bus link near the apartment, and local taxis a phone call away. The A140 is the main road of access to travel around.
