Guests enjoy staying in the lake with swimming, fishing, boating, kayaking, paddleboarding, campfires, and sunsets. Beautiful walking trails across the street at Lake Hastings. There are plenty of laundromats, restaurants , pharmacies, and grocery stores within walking distance. Pets are not allowed. Beautiful, newly remodeled kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms, one serves as a nursery/work-out/office. There is a large living room with piano and fireplace. A family room with big screen tv that is cozy with a gas burning fireplace and dining room. There is a beautiful patio off the family room with plenty of chairs and tables for enjoying the sunset. There is a 48 foot pier with a big landing. Guess can enjoy swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, and boating. There is plenty of parking in the driveway. Spaces for 4 vehicles.
