Casa Tommaso is a cozy independent house situated on a promontory facing the sea. It sleeps three people. It is approximately 45 square meters (485 square feet). It features winter heating and WI-FI Internet access. You will be in the center of Campiglia, where you will find a restaurant and a grocery store. You will find the stop for the ATC bus 20 La Spezia FS - Campiglia line a few meters (feet) away and the closest beach (Persico Beach) at 1.3 km (roughly 0.8 miles) including 2000 stairway steps (other beaches with less steps to climb are also available in the area). You will reach Casa Tommaso from the parking area going down approximately ten stairway steps. For a successful stay at Casa Tommaso we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it at approximately 50 meters (165 feet), free of charge in a parking lot. The parking space is suitable for at most one car. Living Room The ceiling of the living room is made of wood. The furnishings are bright and agreeable, and include some antique pieces. The furnishings include a divan bed for one guest. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a small refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate three guests. From the living room you will be able to enter the alleyway in front of the house with a view of the sea through a French door. Bedroom with en-suite bathroom You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room through a stone arched opening, climbing four steps. This room has no door. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, decorated with grey mosaic tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. The bathroom has a frosted glass door. --- The rental price includes: final cleaning; electricity; parking; linens, changed mid-week; daily cleaning; towels, changed mid-week. Tourist tax: EUR 2.50 per person per night for the first 5 nights. Guests aged under 16 are exempt. Upon arrival the property manager will ask you to pay a security deposit of EUR 100, payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure minus any extra charges or accidental damages to the property.
