Super comfortable queen size bed in bedroom, a futon couch in the living room that makes into a full size bed. Super fast Wi-Fi. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to park, stores and restaurants. Complimentary bottled water, popcorn, detergent, and dryer sheets. Pet free home. Guests over 2 are charged a $10 per night fee, with a max number of three guests. Large covered front porch. Perfect place to have your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Very comfortable queen size bed with gel foam mattress. Brand new futon style couch, that makes out into a full-size bed. Dining table with four chairs. Closet in bedroom. Full-size refrigerator and stove and countertop microwave. All dishes flatware and other necessary items in kitchen. Keurig coffee maker and toaster. Guests have access to the entire home. We are available to our guests by phone text or email. Home is in a quiet residential neighborhood. Car is probably the best way to get around however you can walk to most things in St. Johns. Biking friendly community. Trash dumpster located directly east of space #9 Lyman Lake State Park And petrified forest nearby.
