Spacious and comfy home for 6p close to the Semois

Welcome to Arel in Lacuisine. This bright and spacious home will give you a great start to your vacation. It has everything for a carefree stay: a well-equipped kitchen, spacious living room, unlimited WiFi, a SmartTV with Netflix and Disney+, one extra-large bed (160 x 220), and two other spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, a terrace, and free parking in front of the door. You can enjoy walking, cycling, and kayaking. A nice restaurant can be found in the village or in Florenville (2.5 km). Arel consists of three floors: the main floor and two floors with the bedrooms and bathrooms. On the ground floor are a private entrance hall with a large wardrobe (and extra amenities and EHBO) and a toilet. Through the glass door, you walk into the spacious living room with a dining and seating area. The dining area seats you and your guests easily. The cushions invite you to stay a little longer after dinner to talk. Or to make it a game night with one of the board games. The seating area consists of a large sofa with a smartTV and Smart speaker. There's also a selection of books in English, French and Dutch and some board games available. From the living room, you can also walk straight onto your own private, sunny terrace. The open kitchen on the other side of this space has all amenities you'll need to cook a nice family meal. Among the equipment is an oven, an induction stove, a microwave, a blender, lots of pots and pans, knives,... On the second floor are two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a toilet. The master bedroom has an extra-long queen-size bed (160 x 220 cm) and its own bathroom. The other bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200 cm). There's also a second bathroom and a toilet on this floor. On the third floor is another spacious bedroom with a king-size bed. A high chair and some toys are available for our little guests. Upon request, we can add a pack-and-play of other items in any of the rooms. Parking is free in front of the house. There's enough space to park two to three cars. The bus to Florenville stops near the house on the main road (down the stairs). Bicycles can be rented in Florenville. We live in Arlon, a 40-minute drive from Lacuisine. You will get a guide with info about the house in advance. You can check in yourself via the Nuki keypad or the app. If you like, we will be there to welcome you. We are also available before, during or even after your stay via the Airbnb app or by phone to answer all your questions (about the house, the region,...). Lacuisine is a small village in the town of Florenville near the river Semois. You can go hiking, biking, or kayaking. Within walking distance (400 meters) from the house is a lawn with a playground. Here you can also swim in the Semois river. It is best to come to our house by car. This way you will get the most out of your stay. You can park for free with 2 to 3 cars in front of the door. The bus to Florenville stops nearby on the main road and the train station is 2 km away.
