Cold Spring Creek Cottage

Grab your morning coffee and step out onto a deck overlooking the Cold Spring Creek. The sound of the rushing water creates a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. Tucked inside a wooded lot, this small cottage is ideal for a romantic getaway or a visit to explore the many activities in the area. Fire up the grill on the deck, roast marshmallows around the fire pit, or enjoy the surrounding woods and wildlife. Experience the tranquil of rural living. This is a small cottage located on the Cold Spring Creek. The lot also has a shed and pole barn, but these buildings are not accessible to visitors. There is a winding driveway back to the cottage through the wooded lot. The cottage is located on a (mostly asphalt) country road. The driveway is on the gravel section of the road, but it is less than a mile to reach. There is plenty of parking area at the cottage. Cottage is located in a wooded area, down a winding driveway off of a rural gravel road. Farms and cattle grazing in the area. Very quiet. The cottage overlooks a creek which runs all year long. The sound of the water is a favorite among our visitors! The host's family is located nearby if needed. We welcome children to stay at the property, but do not leave children unattended. The natural sloping of the ground down to the creek can be very steep in some areas. Additionally, we do not have childproof items such as cabinet locks, outlet covers, etc.
