Let us be your short-term stay in Albert Lea. 30 day minimum booking. This space is located on the lower floor of a 7 unit apartment complex. Amenities include a smart TV, cable, free high speed Wi-Fi, microwave, full size fridge, coffee maker, flavored coffee variety, washer/dryer(coin-op) located across the hall, laundry detergent, portable fan, alarm clocks, and hair dryer for your needs. The apartment comes fully furnished with living room furniture, smart TV, hi-speed Wi-Fi, queen size mattress, dresser air conditioning and individually controlled heat with the thermostat in the unit. When you stay with us, please park in assigned parking space (3) behind the building. Once you've gained access to the space you have freedom to use the whole apartment, surrounding yards and are within walking distance to Fountain Lake and the sidewalk/walking path that surrounds it. We will be happy to assist in making your stay in Albert Lea a comfortable and memorable one. The Luther Place Apartments are located on a quiet side street only a block or so from Fountain Lake. Our comfortable space is walking/biking distance to all of the activities of downtown Albert Lea. The beauty of Albert Lea is that it is a small town. You can either use your vehicle, walk or rent a bike from the Broadway bike store downtown. Albert Lea has a walking path that goes around the lake and is approximately 5 miles. We request that guests please utilize the paper towels or hand towel provided near the coffee machine for any spills. Do not use the linens or towels to clean up anything that will stain them. Upon checkout, please leave all bed linens on the beds & we will take care of everything after checkout. Be sure to lock front door when checking out.
