This 2-storey Townhouse has all you need for a great stay away. The 3 bedrooms are located upstairs, each of which comes with an Airconditioner, Ceiling fan & Built-in wardrobe. The Master bedroom boasts a Walk-in wardrobe instead and also an attached Ensuite. While the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms both come with a queen bed each, the Master Bedroom comes with a King bed (which can be swapped for 2 single beds upon request prior to the check-in date) and also access to a back patio that overlooks the properties backyard and the Titular Bargara Lake, making it a great place to start the day with a coffee or end the evening with wine. Downstairs you enter the property into the spacious Lounge/Dining area, which comes with a 8 seater dining table and large HD TV that you can watch from the comfort of the recliner chairs and Couch. The kitchen comes with plenty of bench space, as well as a set off cooking utensils to use with the electric stovetop and Oven. Plus a dishwasher to make cleaning up after a breeze. Nestled between the Kitchen and lounge is a desk which serves as a perfect workspace to plug in a laptop to send some emails, video call in for a meeting, or play some games to relax. You can head out to the spacious backyard through the lounge area, which has an outside table and chairs to enjoy a meal with the fresh air, as well as a park bench where you can wistfully read under the shade of the trees. a large bit of flat yard, it boasts plenty of space for the kids to run and play. Extras included: - All beds are made up with fresh quality linen - One bath towel per guests is supplied - Basic kitchen items included tea, coffee, sugar, milk etc. - Laundry detergent, soap and toilet paper are supplied for your first few days - Complimentary wi-fi free of charge Guests will have full access to the house, excluding any locked rooms. The available bedrooms will be dependent on how many guests have booked the property (see house rules below), additional rooms can be made available on request, additional fees may apply. - Bargara Lakes Tavern is located right next door, offering a family friendly atmosphere and menu as well as great takeaway meals and a drive thru bottle shop. - 1.1km to the left as you leave the complex is a handy convenience store with great take away food and a chemist in the back - 1 km right and you will find yourself at Rifle range beach featuring picturesque walking tracks and a stunning beach. -4kms left as you leave the complex is the Bargara Esplanade with a range of cafes, restaurants and shops right across from the Turtle park, known for it's ocean views, award winning playground facilities and BBQ facilities and easy access to Bargara beaches. There is a public bus service on the hour into the city of Bundaberg. Bus stop is located up the road or near the Golf Club. 3-minute drive to the local Woolworths and Aldi. 30-minute drive from the Bundaberg Airport and 20-minute drive from Bundaberg CBD and train station. Taxi's are also available on call. There will be a $25 fee charged if keys are not returned as per booking instructions. If a pet is found on premises a minimum of $100.00 fee will apply. Our linen is supplied and washed by a commercial laundry. Although we try to accommodate alteration requests, please be advised we do not allow "rescheduling" of the Check-in date by a difference of more than 14 days.
