Toad Stop Cottage

Quiet cottage in the woods. There is a full size bed in the bedroom and in the loft. There are ceiling fans in those rooms also. The guest have access to the entire cabin. Front porch and back porch. Outside there is a fire pit, a pond and lake for fishing. The cottage is located on our property that we live on. We have a gravel & paved driveway and there is parking on the side of the cottage. While you are staying at the cottage there will be introductions and phone numbers exchanged in case you need anything. We are located about 45 minutes away from downtown Louisville, KY. Huber's Orchard is located about 30 minutes away. Henryville Forestry is located about an hour away. Spring Mill State Park in Mitchell, Indiana is located about an hour away. No there is no public transit in our area. SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED INSIDE. Smoking is allowed OUTSIDE. There will be a $100.00 Fine imposed upon guests that choose to break this rule, no questions asked. CANDLES ARE NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE CABIN. They pose a fire hazard and spilled wax is extremely difficult to clean up. Charge for damage from candles will be $50-$100, depending on severity. NO FIRE IN FIRE PLACE. Due to the safety of the cottage no fires are allowed in the fire place.
