The flat has a large lounge with fold out sofa bed, separate master double bedroom,large bathroom with bath & kitchen/ dining area Modern and airy throughout the apartment is in a traditional tenement style building with shared communal close with outdoor drying space for any washing. The floors have been recently renovated throughout with original wood, the lounge has an electric cosy fireplace & the master bedroom overlooks the gardens. If 4 people are staying the lounge has a very comfy fold-out sofa bed & is on the opposite side of the flat allowing both rooms to easily have access to the kitchen / bathroom through the long hallways. Amazing neighbourhood - at the end of the street is an amazing authentic BYOB Chinese restaurant hailed to be the best dumplings and bao buns in Scotland ! Also amazing pubs walking distance ( the old smiddy is a favourite - ) Also lots of shops & a short walk to Linn Park / queens park which are both beautiful. The popular area of shawlands is a very short drive or 20 minute walk away which further broadens the options for places to eat or drink for the night ! There is always a lot of on street parking available on the street if you are driving, few minutes walk is Cathcart train station which will get you in to the city centre under 15 minutes - uber is also reliable and cheap to get into the city quickly !
