Well-appointed and cozy, this home sleeps 5-7 comfortably & is stocked with everything you need to make your stay as relaxing as possible. This home was a former carriage house to one of the stately Victorians on Broad Street. The first floor has an open floor plan which includes a fully-equipped kitchen and a powder room. The second floor features one queen bedroom, one full bedroom, one bedroom with a twin and sofa bed, and one twin bedroom. There is a full bath with shower and laundry as well. Nespresso, WiFi, Sonos, two fire pits, and a doggy door with enclosed area. Two dedicated parking spaces in the driveway. Plentiful street parking (please note that street cleaning takes place on Wednesday mornings). We're available 24/7 to make your stay as amazing as possible! Sewickley is a unique, wonderful neighborhood with a small town charm -- so much so that you'll often catch glimpses of the Village in Hallmark movies! A truly walkable, highly social and exceedingly friendly place -- residents enjoy walking their dogs, playing platform tennis (we call it "paddle") or pickleball (or tennis or squash), paddleboarding on the Ohio River, mountain biking, and so much more! Totally walkable -- grab a coffee at Press House and head up the hill for a hike on the scenic War Memorial Park trail, or try a stroll through the Sewickley Cemetary, one of the most bucolic places in Pittsburgh. If you need to get around, Uber and Lyft are quite accessible. Kitchen - Equipped with essential pots, pans, appliances, and utensils. We stock the kitchen with Nespresso pods, tea, your favorite milk or creamer (upon request), and snacks before each stay. - Private chef available upon request - we have partnered with a local private chef to accommodate our guests. Please let us know ahead of time if you'd like to book services. Bathrooms - Shower stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, & extra towels. Forgot toiletries? There is a Rite-Aid located right up the street. Bedrooms - Each bedroom has a comfortable mattress with comfy linens and down bedding. Work Space - There are several spaces in the home that are suited to remote work. For a more casual environment, we love working at the kitchen island. Need to take calls away from friends & family? Enjoy working at the desk in one of the upstairs bedrooms. The house is equipped with high speed WiFi. Laundry - There is a washer and dryer located on the second floor. We provide laundry detergent and fabric softener. TV - All TVs are equipped with Chrome cast - instructions for set up provided upon booking.
