Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Common area is equipped with mini fridge, microwave and Keurig coffee maker. Bottled water, snacks and assorted coffees and teas are complimentary. This room is on the second floor of the Guest House just off of a common area to another suite. You will have access to a common area with sink, mini fridge, microwave and coffee bar. You will have access to my private phone for any needs which may arise. We are located in the Hall of Waters Historical District, in Downtown Excelsior Springs, Missouri. Payne Jailhouse is near wedding venues, walking trails, shopping and restaurants. Local trolley services are available for special events and weekends. Walk to shopping, dining, walking trails, historical sights.
