New Paltz with Minnewaska/Mohonk offer world class rock climbing and easy hiking, mountain biking and cross x skiing. Dutchess stadium (5 min.). Three micro/nano breweries in the Village of Wappingers Falls 2 miles away. Many wineries, farms and orchards close by also. Kayak put-in right down the road.
