Villa Del Keane is your family getaway home, located in a newly developed suburb of Munno Para. This property will comfortably host a small to a medium-sized family looking for a weekend or extended trip away to Adelaide. Bedrooms: The bedrooms are aligned to the main hallway and feature comfortable beds, lighting, built-in wardrobes, and bedside tables. Bedrooms 1 - This ‘master’ bedroom contains a queen-sized bed, built-in wardrobes, and an ensuite bathroom with a toilet, shower, and vanity. Bedroom 2 - A cosy room for two, with built-in wardrobes and a comfy queen-sized bed Bedroom 3 - For all ages, this room is fitted out with a large bunk bed - hosting a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on top. Living Room/Kitchen The living room is an open plan area connected to the kitchen and hosts a large smart TV, 4 seater lounge and dining table for 6. The kitchen is well-equipped with a gas stove top and electric oven for cooking with plenty of standard utensils. Patio/Garden: Enjoy some time outside under the patio or on the grass in the private backyard. Bathroom/s: You won’t be lining up at the door to use the bathroom as this property hosts 1.5 bathrooms, each kept immaculately clean and tidy for each guest’s stay Laundry: The laundry is fitted with a washing machine and on the western side of the house is a clothes rack for drying. Transport from Airport: - 38 mins (depending on traffic) by rideshare (around $65-$103 dollars depending on time and car size) - Public transport from Adelaide Airport isn’t reasonable due to the distance, a transfer option would be advisable. Parking: Parking for 1 vehicle is available inside the garage of the property. There is also space on the driveway for another vehicle and plenty of street parking is also an option so you won’t run out of space for your cars, boat or caravan! Heating/Cooling: Throughout all the seasons, you’ll always feel comfortable at the property with an air conditioning system pumping hot or cold air into the main living area. The bedrooms host ceiling fans which can help circulate cool or hot air throughout the house. Simple instructions will be provided within the guest guide. Baby Essentials: We recommend any families traveling with babies or small children bring their own baby sheets. With enough notice we may be able to provide a port-a-cot and highchair otherwise guests will need to organise on their own. If we’re able to accommodate in any way please let us know. Guests will have access to the entire property, apart from the (kitchen pantry, laundry closet and master upstairs bedroom). I like to let guests self-check-in and enjoy their stay in private, I am always contactable and responsive via Airbnb app or by phone. For anything urgent, I can attend in person if needed. Munno Para is a northern suburb of Adelaide, South Australia. It is located in the City of Playford. In the local Kaurna dialect, Munno Para means golden wattle creek. The name refers to either the Gawler River or the Little Para River from which the much larger cadastral Hundred of Munno Para derives its name Adelaide CBD has plenty of options (buses, trains and trams) to get you around town, across the city and into the suburbs. This property may not be suitable for guests with pet allergies. PET RULES If we have agreed to your pet/s staying at the property with you during your booking we respectfully request you comply with the following: - Any unreasonable damage to the property, as deemed by the cleaners or property manager, as a result of the pet is being within the property must be repaired to its original condition and quality and to be paid for by you, the guest. -Every attempt must be made to reduce any excessive noise from the pets at any time during your stay -Pets must not be left alone by themselves (inside or outside the property) or with an unaccompanied child at any point. -Pets must not sleep in the bedrooms nor on any of the beds. Excess cleaning fees will be viable and requested if unduly mess or damage is caused as a result of pets being found to have occupied these spaces. -Damage to any flooring, skirting boards, doors, walls as a result of a pet's behaviour must be repaired and paid for, by you the guest.
