Fully Remodeled, very clean! Entire house available to guests. House number two on this property Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Feed animals, relax in the hot tub or by the fire. Recharge on the porch and enjoy the view of the fields and seasonal pond. Eat fresh eggs collected by host daily. Stroll down the gravel road and appreciate nearby agriculture. Drive to the coast 1 hour away. Take a wine tasting tour. End the day at the fire pit and make s’mores. This house is fully remodeled and renovated with two queen bedrooms, tile shower, large kitchen with large island. Living room has corner sectional, cozy fireplace, SMART TV for guest sign in to personal accounts. Full laundry for guest use in mud room. Outside has beautiful porch, deck with cedar hot tub, fire pit, BBQ, VIEWS, animals and nature. Kitchen is fully stocked. Guests can walk the property, visit animals, join hosts feeding animals and even schedule a guided tour of the property on a Polaris. Guests can explore barn, goat pen, duck pond, chicken coop. There are guided tours available upon request. No roaming fields permitted for safety We are on sight to feed the animals in the mornings, we do projects some days, I live 5 minutes away and can take care of any issue quickly. The property is just off Highway 99 and easily accessible. Maps application takes you there with no trouble. Monmouth/Independence and Dallas are very close small towns with everything you need: grocery stores, restaurants, gift shops. There are several vineyards close by as well. Two golf courses are also nearby. House has outside parking as well as garage parking. We don’t live on the property. Your apartment is separate and not shared with other guests but the property is shared by guests at the house and we work on the property daily. You will see us around
