With three spacious bedrooms, two living areas, two full baths, a courtyard with hot tub, and a garden to wander, it’s the perfect spot to hang with your friends and family. The house features three levels, lots of period art and furniture, exposed beams, clean lines and a high slanted ceiling. Centrally located for easy access to amenities and attractions. Perfect for long-term stays: 38% off monthly, 22% off weekly. Bedroom #1: This is the upstairs master bedroom. It has a queen sized bed, it’s own full bathroom with shower, large walk in closet, and French doors opening to a small balcony overlooking the courtyard and garden below. Bedroom #2: This is a large bedroom downstairs with a full bed, spacious his-and-her closets, a view of the garden and courtyard, and a doorway to the courtyard. A full bath is right next door, and the room features a 55” TV. Bedroom #3: Next door to bedroom #2 and also downstairs, this large bedroom has two twin beds, a large closet, views of the courtyard and a door leading to the courtyard and hot tub. A full bath is steps away. More about the space: -The kitchen features a stocked pantry, Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, large refrigerator, lots of pots and pans, knives and cooking utensils. Kitchen table seats four, the dining room table is steps away for larger groups. Kitchen has a dutch door that opens onto a walled patio. -The main living area features an open floor plan including a dining area, living area and raised den. Living area has a fireplace and a 55” TV, a DVD player with over 150 movies. -High speed wi-fi included, and free access to Roku, Netflix and Hulu. (No cable.) -The two downstairs bedrooms open onto the original 1950’s courtyard which has a five person, 22 jet hot tub ready to go. Also in the courtyard is a mini-house, hand crafted with meticulous care when the house was built. It’s a terrific spot for the young ones in your group, or the young at heart (who doesn’t love hand-made cabinetry and a working dutch door?) -There is a fenced patio next to the kitchen, and the main living space opens onto a sunken patio where you can grill out and dine. You can also meander the garden paths to the stream and watch the deer, birds and other wildlife in the woods. You have access to the full property, with the exception of the garage, which is available for storage for long-term guests. The house is set for self check-in with key in lock-box (the combincation is changed with each new guest.) I'm available (upon request) to greet you if needed and answer questions when you arrive. After that, you'll only see me if you need me. I'm a big fan of all that Richmond, VA has to offer (dining, VMFA, local shopping & markets, craft breweries, bike trails, river activities, festivals...) so tell me what you're looking for and I'll give you the inside scoop.
