House with a large garden in a Bohemian small town

Typical summer house in Czech Bohemian countryside with a large garden. You'll find a living room with a small kitchen, bathroom and a separate toilet on the ground floor and two spacious rooms and another bathroom on the first floor. This house is well suitable for families with children as well as for few friends wanting to have a big space for themselves and making trips into the near countryside or cities. You neighbour will be a small calm brewery with a very good and very cheap beer :) Large garden with an apple tree, apricot tree, cherry tree, raspberries and other berries. Depending on the time you arrive, you can taste any fruit which will be there :) Please note that there is NO WIFI in the house. No pets and no smoking is allowed inside of the house. My family uses the house in summer from time to time and therefore you'll find our things there as well. Mostly books and old toys, though. One small room on the ground floor will stay locked as it is my grandmother's. But don't worry, nobody from my family will surprise you there :) Unless there is anything completely wrong, I will stay in Prague where I live. But shall you have a problem which needs a quick solution, I will make sure to help you ASAP. Small brewery as your direct neighbour (they have also a great foodtruck Bob's Burgers there) Access to the forest within 30 min walking Beautiful nature of the hills Brdy or Srbsko in the direction of Prague Prague reachable in 1h 10min with a train Castles Karlštejn, Točník, Žebrák Caves Koněpruské jeskyně City Dobřichovice with a chateau A train station is a 15 min walk from the house. As it is a very small station, you have to buy the tickets on the train. The bus station is even nearer. If you have a car, you can park in front of the garden. If your car is very big, we can agree on parking on the garden. Please note that there is NO WIFI in the house. No pets and no smoking is allowed inside of the house.
