There is a twin bedded room with joining bathroom with shower, shower gel, soap & towels provided, leading on to a conservatory with table & chairs, 2 cosy sofas, this room also has, mini oven with hot plates, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, microwave, toaster, cups, plates, cutlery, tea, coffee, cereal, bread, butter & milk provided, with a washing machine & dryer also large garden with table & chairs. 32” Smart TV in bedroom, which can be put into conservatory/lounge on request & Wi-fi connection. Private entrance to the side & parking in driveway I’m available for any questions or any help by phone or you can knock on my front door! Beautiful quite neighbourhood, next to a field, perfect for dog walking, very close to the River Chet which has beautiful walks around the river & nearby, local shops & pub in Chedgrave & a mile up the road into Loddon, 2 more pubs with food, supermarket, chemist, health food shop, post office, library, hairdressers & local takeaways. Garden centre with pet foods etc. Chedgrave has a few shops next door to Loddon under a mile away, has shops, pubs & restaurants, all within walking distant, bus stop nearby, Chedgrave to Norwich, which is 10 miles away, Beccles 6 miles away, Lowestoft & Great Yarmouth short car journeys. There is a key safe & entrance to the right of the property, entry then through the conservatory, parking in front on driveway.
