Perran Wharf Cottage is an 18th century cottage located on the A39 in a village called Perranarworthal situated between Truro and Falmouth. The cottage sleeps 6 and has two bathrooms. A perfect location to be anywhere in Cornwall in 30-60 minutes. Areas of outstanding natural beauty are within walking distance and the tranquil Fal Estuary is a great place for a holiday away from the pressures of everyday life. The famous Norway Inn (Restaurant) is just 200 metres from the cottage. Bedroom 1 has a day bed with the facility to pull-out a bed underneath that can be pushed together to create a super king sized bed. This is the smallest room complete with a wardrobe. Ideal for children. Bedroom 2 has a king size bed, plus wardrobe and chest of draws plenty of space for a travel cot. Bedroom 3 is the large master bedroom with king size bed and high volt ceiling. Plenty of storage with a chest of draws and large wardrobe. All windows have fitted shutters to shut out the light. Two generous sized bathrooms including toilet, sink and shower. Bathroom two has a roll top bath. In the lounge there is a sofa bed if required. Downstairs bathroom is conveniently located by the side door to wash off any sand from the beach. This cottage has been fully restored in 2021/2022 so its brand new with a new Kitchen, Boiler, Beds, Wardrobes, TV, Boiler and full heating system including radiators. NEST is installed to make setting the temperature of the cottage easier. There are two parking spaces available adjacent to the property. The bus stop is located 50 metres from the property. The bus takes you directly to either Truro or Falmouth within 10 - 15 minutes. There are several local taxi services that are available please refer to the guest book. The garden, patio and driveway have been completed in March 2022. There is a decked area at the top of the rock garden as well as drum BBQ for use complete with outdoor furniture. The property has Sky, Netflix and Amazon Prime packages available.
