A homely two bedroom detached house located in Saltcoats. The property contains all amenities that guests would expect to find in their own home for day to day living. The property can accommodate 4 adults/children and a baby and is pet friendly (unfortunately no cats - sorry!). Ideally located on the west coast for access to beaches, golfing, isles, scenic routes and also commutable to Glasgow, Irvine, Ayr and even Edinburgh for longer days out. Downstairs includes: -entrance hallway -separate lounge with very comfy corner couch and smart TV (digital, Netflix, Disney, prime, nowTV) -kitchen with dining table (equipped with everything you would expect to find in your own home including basic cooking ingredients, cereal, coffee etc) -utility room with washing machine that guests are free to use -downstairs toilet with hand basin -fully enclosed back garden, decking area, and grass area perfect for dogs Upstairs includes - 1 x king bedroom with chest of drawers and walk in cupboard for hanging clothes - 1 x double bedroom with chest of drawers and hanging rail - 1 x bathroom with toilet, hand basin, vanity mirror, bath and over bath shower -black out blinds in both bedrooms -towels, toiletries provided - please note there are no TV’s currently in bedrooms Guests have exclusive use of the property and garden for the entirety of their stay. The property is situated with good access links to west coast sights and isles: Ferry terminal to Arran - 1.2m (9 min drive) Millport ferry terminal/Largs - 10m (20 min drive) Asda - 1m (6 min drive) Irvine town- 9m (13 min drive) Saltcoats town, Ardrossan town, south beach, north shore all short drives away (less than 10 min) or around half an hour walk away. Three train stations (within 1 mile) provide access to Glasgow and Ayr with a journey time of roughly 40 minutes. Bus stop within walking distance to access Saltcoats town and Irvine. Access to the bypass by car is only a couple of minutes away from the property. Dogs and other small animals are welcome at the property - unfortunately no cats are able to stay due to severe allergies. Food/water bowls, dog toys, treats and poo bags available. Two private parking spaces are available directly outside of property, free street parking available for visitors. A travel cot and high chair are available if required.
