The Round House

The Round House is a local landmark located in Covington Indiana. The main portion of the home is a converted grain bin, and contains the living room, dining area, a partial kitchen, a half bath, and the master bed. The remainder of the home is an alcove with the stove and microwave, a laundry room, full bath, a second bedroom addition, and a single car garage. Please note that the most convenient entry into the home is through the second bedroom. Guests can use the entire property. There are some personal items located in the garage, and there are security cameras on the inside of the garage, but guests are welcome to use it for parking. Maintenance may need to access garage during your stay. I am available through the Airbnb app This property has high walkability, places of interest within walking distance include: the Wabash River, the Covington Trail, McDonalds, Agave Azul Mexican restaurant, bank, pharmacy, grocery store, and the downtown bar and antique shopping. Please do not block the alley when parking, the garage and gravel area on the property are available for parking The property is heated with baseboard heat, and each individual heater is adjustable for comfort. Air conditioning is a window unit and a stand-alone floor unit, one in each bedroom.
