Guests are welcome to use indoor training swimming pool and sauna, for additional fee This is a lovely room in our family home, a bespoke timber frame, eco build. A bus stop at the end of our driveway will take you to East Midlands Airport whilst Nottingham University's agricultural college is just across the road (not even a five minute walk!). Nice sized, ground floor double bedroom, kingsize bed and lovely big bathroom. Common living area is open plan with a large outdoor space. Nespresso machine in bedroom. Guests have access to the bedroom and ensuite bathroom. We love to meet new people and look forward to meeting you! Sutton Bonington is a really friendly village. We are lucky enough to have three, friendly pubs within walking distance. The village also has a great café in a little antiques shop. Our community owned post office is also a great asset as are the convenience shop on university campus and Pasture Lane Stores. From our house you can easily walk down to the River Soar, or over to the West Leake Hills or just cross the many, many footpaths we have on the doorstep! Ideally located for Nottingham University, East Midlands airport, East Midlands Parkway train station and the Amazon depot. Plenty of parking for you to park. There is also a good bus service to Nottingham and Loughborough. East Midlands Parkway train station is very quick to get to by taxi, as is the airport. If you are visiting someone at the Sutton Bonington university campus then you will be able to walk there in less than five minutes. We have two small children who are very friendly and generally well-behaved but they are kids so please be aware that this is their home so look out for toys!
