Located in a quiet, residential cul-de-sac in Chirk on the North Wales/Shropshire border, our 2-bed bungalow has been updated and decorated to a high standard. The property consists of a spacious living area, two double bedrooms, office space, bathroom (with bath and shower) and a fully equipped kitchen/diner. Parking is available for 2 cars and a private garden is located at the rear of the property. Great links to Chester, Shrewsbury and beyond by rail and road. The entire property is yours to use during your stay; We ask that you to treat our home as you would your own and leave it as you find it. Access to all areas within the property plus front & rear garden We live locally, so are able to solve any issues quickly. We are available most hours of the day via Airbnb/contact mobile number. The bungalow is situated in a small town in North Wales, between Wrexham (15 mins by car) and Oswestry (10-15 mins by car). Chirk Aqueduct is literally around the corner and Pontcysyllte Aqueduct is 7 mins away by car. Chirk Castle is 2 miles up the road (45 mins walk or 7 mins by car) and Llangollen, home of the International Musical Eisteddfod in July, is a just short drive away. We are also a 10 minute drive away from the Robert Jones & Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital in Gobowen. Chirk has a Spar, a couple of cafés, a locally renowned bistro & Indian restaurant, lots of takeaway options, a bakery, butchers, beauticians & hair salons, a variety of independent businesses, large park and a leisure centre with swimming pool and gym. Buses are available from the town centre towards Wrexham & Oswestry, or into Llangollen & the valleys. Chirk train station is a 5 minute walk from the property. Local taxi services can be requested and there is parking on site for 2 vehicles. We love living here and there are so many local walking routes and places to see and visit.
