The Barn House

A characterful 2 bed barn conversion with a huge lounge and kitchen, tucked away in a tranquil setting. Convenient for Huddersfield and Halifax, and the M62 (3 miles). We can be flexible with arrival and departure time to meet your needs. A warm and comfortable cottage that will provide a base to explore the area, and provide you with a home from home. All electricity, bed linen, towels, and wi-fi are included. Pets welcome by arrangement. Tastefully decorated to a high standard with quality furnishings, and a fully equipped kitchen There is plentiful parking, and we are well located for Brighouse, Elland, Huddersfield, Halifax, Leeds and Manchester The owners house is immediately adjacent, and they can be available to assist if required. The barn house is in the home of TV programmes Gentleman Jack, Happy Valley, and Last Tango in Halifax. Close by are buses, trains, and the M62. Good walks are on the doorstep, from a gentle wander by the canal, to a more testing yomp around beautiful hillsides. The towns of Elland and Brighouse are a short walk away, and have a selection of coffee shops, restaurants, and pubs serving Yorkshire ale. The barn house is 4 miles from Halifax, 6 miles from Huddersfield, 15 from Leeds, and 30 from Manchester. Major supermarkets within 2 miles.
