This spacious and bright mobile home offers ultimate comfort and a pleasant living area opening out onto the surrounding nature with its large glass doors. There is everything you need! And what joy to eat out in the open air on its large 15 m² terrace. ✔ Surface area 28 m² ✔ Pleasant living room with dining area (table and chairs + bench). ✔ Equipped kitchen area (sink, gas hob, microwave oven, fridge, coffee maker, and crockery). ✔ Two bedrooms: one with a double bed (140cm) and one with a bunk bed composed of a double bed on the bottom (140cm) and a single bed (90cm) on the top. ✔ A bathroom with sink, shower, and toilet. ✔ Outside: large 15 m² terrace with garden furniture. Sheets and towels are not included but it is possible to rent it on request. Your accomodation needs to be cleaned when check-out. If you wish, you can add the cleaning package for 75€. At Pouilly en Auxois (15km), you can go on a cruise to discover Burgundy Canal in an original way. Don’t forget to contact the river master’s office to book your themed cruise! Try your hand at sailing at the watersports centre at Panthier reservoir (20km). It is the largest lake in the Cote d’Or, and continually supplies water to the Burgundy Canal. Treat yourselves to a glass of Burgundy on the new terrace at the end of the day while your kids splash about in the pool just beside it. In the mornings? Choose a breakfast menu to get off on the right foot for a great bike ride or walk along one of the region’s many trails. ✔ At Huttopia Etang de Fouché campsite, we offer a simple, convivial food service. Because we are committed to working with local producers, the village bakery delivers to us every morning. Tea, coffee, orange juice, bread and jam, and pastries. Opt for a breakfast formula so you have nothing to prepare. ✔ Reception: Have you just arrived? Come along to reception for all the information you need about your stay. Huttopia Etang de Fouché campsite is located on the banks of a natural lake with direct access to the beach. In July and August, you can enjoy a range of water activities with pedalos to hire, paddle boards, a water slide and a lifeguarded swimming area.
