Lots of nearby hiking and walking trails, skiing, golf courses, fishing, hunting, lakes, streams, and waterfalls. Close to Cooperstown and historic museums throughout the region. The cottage has all the comforts of home in a restful country setting. Comes with a full kitchen, on-site laundry, living room with plenty of comfy seating, and outdoor area with a shaded porch and seating to enjoy the mountain view. You will have full access to the cottage, which includes a full kitchen, living-room, bedroom, bathroom, laundry room, and outdoor area. Driveway and Off-street parking also included. I am there most of the time to offer my assistance, but your privacy is always respected. Within walking distance of the cottage is a historic railroad trail with miles of beautiful mountain views for a leisurely stroll, day hike, or to walk your pet. Main Street is just one block down and features quaint country eateries (TP's Cafe, Mac-a-Doodles, Mama Maria's, and Vasta's Bistro), free access to the local swimming pool and ice skating rink, community dog park (open to the public), an antique shop, seasonal farm-stand, grocery store, post office, bank, gas stations, Walgreen's, and other amenities.
