Steps from the driving range, first tee, hiking and ski trails. 2 blocks from the drive in, mini golf, campground, and shoreline. A beautiful walk along the shore or straight to business--we're a skip off the "main drag" to the spa, galleries, Mini Mart, main beach, Danceland, Mike's Beach Bar, dining, & entertainment. There are a million things to do in the amazing Resort Village of Manitou Beach, and our sister town/big brother/best pal Watrous is just 6km away. Watrous has all the usual suspects covered--pharmacy, groceries, gas, hotels, LB, and the like, but also boasts a sweet library, gallery, Heritage Center, 2nd storey bowling alley (licensed) & some great restaurants /bars. Then back to Manitou for the healing waters, nature hikes, golf, horseshoes, cross country trails, sledding, outdoor rink, disc golf & nearby bird sanctuary. The neighbourhood is quiet, safe, & peaceful. You are going to love it here. Golf carts are an awesome way to get around the beach--for rent at the course a few steps away! You can walk anywhere, but I'd lose the heels for a stroll to Danceland. Parking area plowed regularly in the winter for your sleds and vehicles. Free parking EVERYWHERE. Not a meter in sight.
