Lovely 1 bedroom renovated flat in quiet Ferryden

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. In the peaceful fishing village of Ferryden, near Montrose The front door enters the living area which consists of a kitchen, seating and eating area. There is no garden or patio area as yet but we hope to change this soon. There is a key box to gain entry and my details can be found on the App if you require any assistance during your stay. The flat is close to the town of Montrose which can be accessed by a short walk or bus. There is a bus stop 2 minutes away with routes to Dundee, Montrose, Aberdeen and Arbroath. There is a local outside pub which does snacks, drinks and ice creams. Cash only. There is a harbour, beach and lighthouse walk nearby which is lovely. Montrose and Lunan beach are near by. The village and area are brilliant to explore by foot or bike. There are local bus links and bus stop two minutes from the flat. If you are exploring the area such as Aberdeen, Stonehaven etc. A car would be better but there is a local train station in Montrose. The flat is found in the lovely fish village of Ferryden. The area has friendly locals and beautiful walks. Great place to stay if you want to explore Angus and Aberdeenshire.
